"Great quiet location and a reasonably priced property"

Very quiet property, well located and super comfortable beds. Relatively modern and comfortably furnished.

Just a bit of attention to detail with cleaning and an update of the towels would be great and improve this property immensely.

"Fantastic Location"

Fantastic location in a quiet street. Highly recommend for family's wanting to visit Sovereign Hill (short 5 minute walk there) or explore Ballarat. Also loved walking around Lake Esomnd at the end of the street, our kids had a ball feeding the friendly local ducks and watching fisherman catch rainbow trout

Close to sovereign hill and shops, restaurants. Bottle of wine upon arrival, cosy vibe and the kids were happy!!

"Family friendly"

Exceeded our expectations - clear instructions with how to access property, clean, presentable, spacious rooms with main bedroom providing a sofa bed as well. Another sofa bed in lounge - adequate bedding for family. Rooms had enough storage space for clothing. The bathroom has 2 doors to access from the main bedroom and from the hall - quite unique. Overall, a very family friendly small unit and fit for the occasion that we came to Ballarat for.
