Location was perfect, close to park, walking trails and sovereign hill. Great that there was an actual cot there (not a port a cot) and some toys made it perfect for travelling with a toddler.

It was all fantastic - if I had to picky I'd just say there were a few cob webs in the house and the front door mat was pretty clogged with leaves. This didn't impact on a wonderful stay though.

Nice property

Not much supplies - Coffee Machine but no pods provided. No milk, no kitchen paper towels, no hand towels. Sofa was not very clean.

"We enjoyed our stay in Ballarat and this unit though small had all basic needs for a short stay."

The place is very convenient and in close proximity to most tourist attractions. Bonus was the locked up double garage attached to the unit that could be used and felt secure to unload/load your suitcases/bags even when it was raining. The bottle of wine was a nice gesture and a nice surprise that went well with our meals.

Would have liked a security door so that the front door could be left open for more air circulation in the unit as well as natural light. A tissue box and a roll of kitchen paper would also be handy. The dishwasher was rather small but handy to have.

Exceptionally clean and tidy. Kitchen well equipped, Bedroom layout was spacious. Perfect central location. Would definately stay again.

"A beautiful cosy little accom to unwind and refresh after a long day’s exploring at Sovereign Hill."

The property was beautifully styled and in an excellent location! Very close to Sovereign Hill and a 30sec wall to the beautifulLake Esmond. The unit is positioned in the back (2/2) and there is parking for 2 cars in front on the unit + a garage.

If it had an upstairs and extra bedroom, more family can stay together
