Lake Esmond is a gorgeous spacious well thought out space with everything you could need! Comfortable luxurious beds, well stocked kitchen, laundry. All of the trees on each side of the wraparound courtyard make you feel like you are in a forest getaway. But 5mins drive from the centre of ballarat.

The door entry code system is a little tricky to get the hang of. Would be useful if there was a remote to open close the garage.

this property is probably the best Airbnb i ever stayed in. fantastic location. tucked in a quiet exclusive neighborhood next to a park and yet walking distance to shops n eateries. Heather was very responsive to our requirements. v hv a big family of 7 n she had taken the trouble to prepare the bedrooms n spare bed for us. she even gave us a complimentary bottle of wine. the property is very well maintained n spotlessly clean. the interiors are very nicely done and furnished. everyone of us went wow!!! once v entered the living room. it is so cosy n it smells just like home... this property is highly recommended... keep up the good work Heather.
