We paid for parking, but apparently this info wasn't passed on to the provider, so we weren't told how to access the parking space.

"Aggressive owner avoid especially if you are a solo traveller."

The location of the property was great.

Parking was not available on property we paid only to be told it wasn’t available, the owner got aggressive when we provided feedback he didn’t like. It was my son staying at the property the guy came to the apartment minutes after he arrived and tried to kick him out as he didn’t want a poor review. I was on the phone he was very restive, very poor form. My son was made very uncomfortable by thus person, saying he was continually clenching his fists like he was going to hit him. Probably put off by the fact he was 6:5. He appeared to live next door and was very noisy in the evening despite the apparent noise curfew. Definitely wouldn’t recommend

Location is excellent although quite a bit of noise due to construction of light rail extension.

The late notification of parking details even though prepaid. We had to pay for parking until we could get info for our free parking. The bathroom drains smelled. There were no facewashers or handtowels and the bath towels were very poor quality. Insufficient bedding...an extra decent weight quilt would be useful in Canberra weather. Laundry from previous booking was still hanging on airer on terrace and in various places through unit. No TV.

"Gem of a studio in the heart of Canberra"

Excellent studio, kitted out with everything I needed and plenty more besides.. Very clean, very comfortable, superb central city centre location, yet very quiet.. Very good value for money.. Check in / check out instructions very clear.. Host responded very quickly to minor enquiry.. Certainly happy to rebook if in Canberra again.. Thank you..

Honestly, nothing to dislike..
