Dana-Cozy Studio with Shared Entry in the City

Very convenient to public bus and the theatre.

Noise from neighbours who moved in next door to unit 2 on Friday evening. Noise from the huge earthworks next door was unbelievable until 4.30pm each day from 7.00am. Fortunately I was out most of the day. The very bright lights from outside kept me awake during the night as the one blind cannot be lowered completely. The night light next to the bed did not work. No TV! I know it was not listed, but really it is an essential.

Close to the heart of things. Clean. Parking easy

Most of the time, it doesn't matter if you don't know how to use the tag to access the lifts, but there can be a problem out of hours.

the location is great and parking very handy. It has a well appointed kitchen, comfortable bed and manages to fit a little table and chairs in as well as a desk which is great.

I would have really liked to have had a television even with just free-to-air channels. I didn't like to have to pay an extra $20 for parking - I think it's essential to include parking in that location, and it pushed the total cost above other options that I would have chosen had I realised it before I booked. I understand the limitations of the listing website, but it should have been made clearer in the ad. the decor is fine but basic. A few pictures or plants or something would be nice.
