Dana-Cozy Studio with Shared Entry in the City

It has a great location, handy to everything.

Quite noisy at night sometimes especially around dawn. No television. Main drawback is the tiny key tag entry. Though not stated on the booking conditions, if you lose it the owner smacks you $100Au for another one. You are effectively locked out until you pay up.

Location

Room had hair up bathroom walls and in bed, sheets-not changed, kitchen bench had stuff all over it, no one answering phones, hard to get into, no parking facilities, couldn’t use verandah.

Small but comfortable. Great location & comfy bed.

Could do without the washing on the balcony & a chair out there would be good. Had issues with parking but they refunded without prompting

Good location. Finding property was easy enough with good directions. Kitchen well equipped, good bathroom.

Could have done with extra blankets, and a TV.

Small apartment with all you need. Excellent city location in Canberra.

Location very handy. Place was clean. Great to have a little balcony tho it needs to be tidied up a bit. Apartment seems to have all the main requirements- appreciate the iron and ironing board. Good storage.

Definitely needs more indirect lighting - especially bedside lights. And a light for the desk. A few more kitchen items would be handy -like a bread knife and an orange squeezer. A chair or 2 on the balcony would be nice. There was a very loud and prolonged disturbance in the downstairs courtyard early one morning (on a Sunday from around 8am) but other days were fine. There seems to be building works happening there - they were filling a big skip. More toilet paper should be supplied.

Excellent location for Convention Centre, walking distance to many attractions.Good facilities for self catering. Loved the stove top expression coffee pot.

Verandah backs onto Carpark and there was quite alot of construction so quite loud in morning. I don't imagine this would be the norm though.
