Great location. Very clean.

Very noisy as there were garbage trucks outside both days starting very early. There were very few glasses available -2 wine glasses only. No helpful kitchen items such as oil and the like. There was only a minimal amount of dish soap and dishwasher soap. No remote controls for the two TVs.

Property was nice and clean and was in a great location. A few minutes walk to the local restaurants and Canberra Centre

The main TV remote did not work. It was a bit inconvenient to have to drop the key back at a different location. When I went to drop the keys off the mailbox was full so there was no way in placing the envelope in the mailbo9x.

Great location. Modern, clean and comfortable.

The apartment has a very central location for shopping and dining. It is a tastefully decorated apartment and has undercover parking that is secure.

This is not really a serviced apartment. You are treated like a tenant who, after seven days, has paid enough for a house cleaner to drop by. Arriving on a weekend (or after 5pm Friday) means you will not only not see anyone, you have no way to contact them (they will charge you if the call is not an emergency). We were three adults staying two days, we had four tea bags and one set of toiletries (some of which had been opened and half used). An Airbnb host has the same amount of rules but they make themselves available!

The 4.30am garbage truck pick up everyday was very noisy and woke us every day. Not just the usual bins this was a really loud skip bin banging. Probably loud because we were third floor which is the closest residential floor to the street. Key pick up should be closer to the accom or at least key return should be in a box closer to.
