Amazing location, comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, love having laundry facilities, across the road from the Canberra Centre, convenient onsite parking. A very lovely stay.

The apartment didn’t lock from the inside which was very stressful as I had a toddler running around who was able to open the front door

It was a great place to stay. We had a two bedroom apartment and it was very spacious for 4 people. Having a washing machine and dryer was much appreciated. The kitchen was well equipped and good water pressure in the bathrooms.

The listing on booking.com did not stipulate that you had to return the key to an office in the suburbs. This was also not mentioned in our confirmation. We were disappointed to hear of this only when we picked up the keys. The office is not easy to find. Very disappointed that there was not the option to leave the keys in the apartment for the cleaners to return. Beware that you will have peak hour traffic if you are travelling north from the accommodation management office in the morning. Accommodation management blamed booking.com for this misunderstanding and booking.com accused us of not following the accommodation policies for key returns. No one took responsibility for the exclusion of information regarding returning the keys. NOT HAPPY.

Fantastic location, very spacious, well equiped and beautiful apartment. Parking was easy and close to lifts.

Key pickup on opposite side of town is a logistical challenge if flying in or out, but we knew about it beforehand so allowed extra time before flight out.

Having to get an Uber to travel 5 kilometres to both pick up keys and drop them off again was an additional impost in terms of both time and money. A lockbox at the property would be a much better solution.
