Great location, easy walking within cbd. Car Parking easy and accessible.

Key pick up is not in building, which wasn't disclosed until day prior, could have been costly without a car (which we had).

Great location and nice pool.

Chided and Abused by Karen from accommodate Canberra. The smell of the unit was stale and sweaty, including the pillows. Hardened food spills on dining table and place mats. Interrupted and squelching TV signal. Lifting and worn carpet - trip hazard. Sharp shower screen - cut hazard. Tiled floors need better cleaning. Unit is worn and tired. On entry I complained to enquiry@accommodatecanberra.com.au who did not answer their phone. Photos were emailed as the property problems contained to unfold. I phoned Accommodate Canberra when they were open and spoke to an extremely aggressive girl named Karen who dismissed my complaint, telling me 'we will do nothing' and 'dont think you will be getting a refund'. Karen spoke over me, told me I was rude and I terminated the call. Karen rang back and continued to rant angrily before I terminated the call again to stop the abuse. I feel sorry for the property owners.

It was central. The pool and hot tub on level 3 was great! The beds were very comfortable. Kitchen had most things but for some reason lacked saucepans and mixing bowls. Another oven tray would have been handy!

There were no extra towels for the pool. A few brochures about things to do in Canberra would have been useful. A condenser dryer would have been better in the enclosed main bathroom rather than the standard tumble dryer…in the long run it is better for the property to keep the moisture inside reduced.

Not good for items left behind.

location was excellent. The property itself was excellent with the car park easy to find. The pool and gym facilities were also an added bonus.

picking up and dropping off keys to an alternate location was a pain.

The location was very central and an easy walk to many attractions. It is a comfortable well sized apartment. Nicely decorated and comfortable furnishings. Very comfy beds. Bathrooms were nice. Ample storage space. Nice big kitchen.

The apartment is only serviced every 8 days, as we left of the 8th day we did not benefit from this. If you wanted fresh towels you would have to wash and dry them yourself in washing machine and dryer. We were a party of 3 adults and were only provided 2 very small cakes of soap (which crumbled into tiny pieces within the first 2 days of using) and 2 small toiletries sets (one for each bathroom) for the week. There was a liquid soap dispenser on the wall, but it was empty? Only one dishwashing tablet too? Not enough products provided for a weeks stay! No champagne glasses. The garbage collection trucks and street sweepers that seem to come all to regularly at 4-5am was a loud disturbance to our level 3 apartment. Of course this is no fault of the complex, but it is something to consider. There is no on-site manager here, so if you don’t have a car to pick up the key which is a good 20mins away, it is a bit of an inconvenience. Only one apartment key provided. For a party of 3 adults I feel we should have been given 2 apartment door keys. A $500 replacement fee if key is lost too. Luckily this did not happen to us. Finally, we hired a car for a few days in the middle of our stay. The on-site parking is very confusing. We spoke to a resident and she said you are not the first guests to question this. The lift did not take us to where our car was parked.

Location was excellent.

A detailed map to locate the keys would have saved a lot of time. The signage in Canberra is not good. Having to dispose of the rubbish is an imposition I haven't seen elsewhere. Only tea, coffee and chocolate offered. No salt. Nothing left behind by others, presumably because previous guests had been forced to throw stuff away. Not a good look. Directions for the car space should read: turn left onto second floor and then immediately left again.
