I loved how it was so central to everything

My only issue was the lift generally never worked at night. It is 4 floors up and I would recommend anyone with mobility issues will struggle. The lift is a building issue not the company’s issue who always responded to our query and reported it

Lovely apartment, great location. Kitchen was well equipped and well stocked

Well located. The apartment was spacious with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It suited our family of 3 adults well. Good sized kitchen so you can eat in if you want to. A handy, small supermarket just across the street.

Some basic necessities were missing. In an apartment like this, with a kitchen, I have usually found things such as a tea towel for drying dishes is provided (paper towel was the only means of drying dishes). Also some basic staples such as salt/pepper, milk and teabags would have been nice. Only 2 coffee capsules were available (for a four night stay). Travellers don’t want/need to be buying the very basics. Also, tissues in the bathroom would be useful.

The location was great! Walking distance to the historic sites, close to public transportation and many restaurants and stores nearby. It was so nice having a working A/C during our stay :-) Sevilla is hot! The terrace with views of the cathedral was fantastic. It was big, private and perfect for an end of day glass of tinto de verano. Also, happy that there was a washing machine, drying rack and iron. Very convenient.

The elevator was malfunctioning and we had to drag luggage 4 floors to the property. It eventually got fixed, but it was a bit of an inconvenience.

The location is perfect. It is a large apartment with a lot of space. We had 3 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Restaurants very close by. Mini market right across. Not too many stairs. Hosts were immediately responsive when we texted them.

The apartment looks good but it was stuffy since the airconditioning system was not working. They only gave us 2 fans for 5 people (in temperature 36 degrees) and did not offer any compensation. The lift was also not working but in any case, if it was working, it fits only 1 person at a time. There were a lot of ants in the kitchen. One of the toilets was leaking. The main lights in the main bedroom do not work. Light above sink in main bathroom needs to be changed. And there were no wardrobes or small cupboards where to put our stuff. An extra pillow or two would also have been nice. But the location is great and the apartment is big.
