The apartment was spacious and well equipped. A supermarket was across from the apartment which was handy. Washing machine and dishwasher with detergents provided.

The noise emanating from the bar on the corner occurred every night up until 3 even 4 am. Loud singing, talking etc interrupting sleep every night. One of the bathrooms had a pungent smell which never really went away. The apartments mezzanine level became stuffy when the heating was on. But the downstairs area was cold without it. We expected a mid week replacement of towels at least given we were staying for 7nights. We had to request these ourselves and they were then delivered.

Location was great

Cups and kitchenware need to be upgraded. Noisy externally. Bad smell coming from Second bathroom

The apartment is big, clean, located in a great spot, easy access if have lots of luggage like us. We had an amazing time.

Apartment itself was clean spacious and modern. Location was fantastic given it was very central, plenty of bars and restaurants in surrounding streets and only 5 mins from the Cathedral. Great to use as a base to explore the city.

Location was excellent, bar on one side, restaurant on the other, convenience store across the street. Surrounded bars, restaurant and icecream shops. Able to walk everywhere.

Front room facing street was very noisy so ear plugs are a must. Access to other bedroom has 5 very steep steps so not for anyone with mobility issues otherwise not a problem

The property was centrally located - only a 5 minute walk to the Cathedral and with many restaurants/food options within a short distance. Beds were comfy and we found the hosts to be helpful, responsive and informative. They were also helpful in fixing a light bulb issue.

Our unit was situated on the ground floor, and night after night, the noise from partyers/restaurant-goers/vehicles would not subside until at least 2/3 AM. The property is on a narrow one-way street, and there are endless traffic sounds. The sound proofing could definitely be improved, or light sleepers should be warned about the noise levels in the evenings. Additionally, there were a few instances where the team's attention to detail and attentiveness could have been improved. Firstly, the day before check-in, the team let us know that the glass panel in one of the bathroom's shower had broken, and requested that we avoid touching the glass in any way when we showered. There was little to no effort to mitigate this issue (e.g. offering us a separate space to stay, trying to arrange for an immediate fix to the glass, discounting the stay). Secondly, after we checked into the property, we noticed the main light over the dining area could barely carry a glow, and that in the main bedroom, an electrical socket had completely fallen out from the wall. We notified the team about both issues, and while they were thankfully able to get the light fixed on short notice (which was appreciated), they only thanked us for letting them know about the electrical socket issue, even though this was really a health and safety risk.
