Our host was excellent. He checked in with us prior to arrival to make sure we knew where we were going and allowed us to drop our bags off early. The apartment was perfect for our stay and Abdon made sure we had everything we needed

I can’t recommend this property highly enough! It was absolutely perfect for our week-long stay. From the moment we arrived, it was clear how much thought and care had gone into creating a wonderful guest experience. The owner was there to meet us and show us around the apartment. The property was spotless, and all the amenities we could have hoped for were provided, plus some delightful extra touches like a bottle of wine in the fridge. There were also thoughtful items like beach towels and accessories available, which added to the convenience. The balcony was lovely—small but perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach, which was only a few minutes’ walk away. Aldi supermarket was a quick, easy walk from the apartment, and the owner provided a shopping trolley, which came in handy for bottles of water and other liquid refreshments ;). The location couldn’t have been better! It’s in a very local, family-oriented area, set back from the main tourist strip, which gave it a lovely, authentic feel. It’s just a couple of streets to the beach and the main tourist area, with easy access to buses and taxis. The bus station was only a 5-10 minute walk, making trips to Puerto del Carmen, Playa Blanca, and other resorts cheap and easy to figure out. If I had to mention a very minor issue, it would be the television. It wasn’t a smart TV and only had a few basic Spanish channels. While it wasn’t a big problem for us (we didn’t go to Lanzarote to watch TV!), families with kids or those wanting to relax in the evenings might appreciate more options or an upgrade in this area. However, like i said, it is a very, very minor issue as most people have tablets, etc. The owner was exceptionally helpful, kind, and friendly, ensuring that everything we needed was taken care of. Very clean, close to the beach, easy to walk everywhere, very comfortable bed, lots of pillows and towels, lovely breeze as windows on both sides.

Could use a few more things - pasta strainer, omelette/pancake spatula, more than 3 washing machine pods for 2 weeks. But otherwise well equipped.

It was a nice, large flat, containing all necessary amenities. Located not too far from the center, in vicinity of supermarket and with possibilities to park nearby. The rooms were clean and the kitchen well supplied. The host was helpful as well, in the fridge we found a bottle of wine and water.

Towels could maybe be refreshed.

Very clean and well equipped property

The host was amazing. They thought of everything. Even supplying washing up liquid and cleaning equipment should you wish to use it. Toiletries were supplied also.

That they locked the other two bedrooms …. I understand why they did this but it made the hall pretty dark and took away our choices .. that’s it really.
