Torneo Suite Apartment

La prima sera ci siamo accorti che il letto era rotto e inutilizzabile. Nessuno ha risposto alle chiamate al telefono delle urgenze a parte un bot in chat. La mattina dopo ci hanno detto che avrebbero provveduto al ripristino, invece alle 12 hanno cancellato la prenotazione lasciandoci senza alloggio in mezzo alla vacanza e alla città straniera, con l’organizzazione del viaggio da rivedere perché siamo dovuti tornare a prendere le nostre cose senza neanche l’appoggio di Booking che non ci ha fornito alternative, l’abbiamo dovuta trovare noi. Tra l’altro al nostro arrivo avevano persino cambiato il codice per entrare a ritirare le nostre valigie! Soprassiedo su telecomando con pile scariche, dotazioni di base di bagno e cucina davvero minime, doccia con enorme parte con lo scotch. Peccato perché l’appartamento sarebbe bello, ma non certo luxury e gestione clienti meno di zero.

When reading this please bear in mind my wife is disabled and cannot walk long distances!! When we booked the apartment we had notified them that we had booked a late flight and we wouldn’t be at the apartment till late!! They replied that it was not a problem, let them know once we were 30mins away and someone will meet you there. We thought that’s good!! Just as we boarded our flight, I get a message saying no one is available to meet us and we would have to pick the keys up from a lockbox not close by but a good ten minute walk away then 10mins back, but we got the taxi to drop us at the drop box to pick keys up then take us to the apartment but we didn’t realise that the airport taxis have a fixed price to one destination anywhere in Seville!! So we had to pay an extra €15 to the apartment. After several messages complaining to them, I get a message from Nairi from the quality department which said very sorry for the inconvenience you have had and we would like to offer 10% discount off the price we’ve been charged which was most appreciated. Also when we tried to use more than one ring on the hob to cook a dinner on our last night or a fill the kettle to full for tea and coffee something would trip and turn the hob or kettle off and take about 5-6 minutes to reset. It’s a shame to moan as it’s a really nice apartment, but it started bad and ended bad. Sadly two months later I haven’t had the 10% back. Even after several messages.

The apartment is big and comfartable. You can use the equipments in the kitchen. The location is good, touristic places are 20-30 minutes walk away. Check-in, check-out was very easy, the staff was helpful. The flat was very clean, the shower gel, shampoo was good.

Muy limpio , bien decorado y amplio.

Lamentablemente, tuvimos que esperar para dejar las maletas , solo accedimos 20 minutos antes de la hora de entrada.

La ubicación, la decoración y el equipamiento

La cama tenía dos colchones y se separaban continuamente, además del ruido del tráfico de madrugada.

Limpio, confortable, amplio, edificio muy tranquilo, buena ubicación..en definitiva superó mis expectativas y volvería sin dudarlo.

Aparcar por la avenida es complicado.
