location, especially if you arrive by bus Good AC plenty of space fully equipped kitchenette

Noise from the street - we only could sleep with earplugs The bed had a broken leg, I fixed it :)

Excellent in every way.Spotless clean,super fresh,just when u open the doors u feel straight away that was a good choice!Kitchen have all the necessary stuff and even more. Quiet apt despite being on a busy but convenient avenue

It’s always difficult to predict exact Time of arrival when flying in; i had to worry and get someone to help me contact the hostess. Also, although Anna was very nice, she could have mentioned the water heater settings needed to be turned on higher.

Very comfortable, clean, well equipped modern apartment. Good AC/heating. Everything you would need is there. Very good comms from the team and lots of helpful info on Seville. Easy check in. They were good enough to let us check in early since the apartment was ready. 15-20 min brisk flat walk into the old centre. Some grocers just around the corner so self-catering was easy. Some basics (salt, pepper, oil, coffee) provided which was excellent. Number 21 bus just down the road gets you to Santa Justa Station.

It's pretty obvious from the map that you're situated on the Tourneo so expect some traffic noise (although you have modern double glazing so don't worry) we had anticipated this so not a big deal. We'd weighed this up against other noise and poor plumbing etc to be found in the old town and were very happy here.
