La ubicación es excelente, el apartamento es pequeño pero muy bien puesto, lindo decorado y muy cuidado el servicio de toallas y limpio todo

En uno de los baños había algo de moho dentro de la ducha; extraño porque no se correspondía con el estado del apartamento

El dpto tiene muchas ventajas, su ubicación, cercanía; los dormitorios están suficientemente separados. El dormitorio del frente que tiene el baño pequeño tiene la contra de dar a la calle y si bien pareciera un calle tranquila suponemos que los portones son de proveedores de locales comerciales y arrancan temprano a descargar cajones y hacen mucho ruido.

"A wonderful stay in the heart of Seville"

We had the pleasure of staying for a month in this apartment. The location was excellent, being just five minutes' walk from the cathedral. The service was very good, with someone coming to clean and refresh our sheets/towels every few days. If I visit Seville again (which I would like to do) I would choose the same apartment or one run by the same management company.

"Le logement le plus cher de notre séjour et le plus décevant"

L'emplacement est bien La cuisine est bien équipée (lave vaisselle, lave linge)

Le logement est insalubre, il y avait de grandes zones d'humidité et de moisissures sur les murs. L'hôte a tenté de camoufler l'odeur évidente d'humidité par un désodorisant très irritant. L'accumulation d'humidité dans le logement rend l'atmosphère très froide (il fait plus froid à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur) peut être que la présence de radiateurs permettrait de réguler cet excès d'humidité. Ce n'était pas du tout confortable. Nous avons signalé le problème à l'hôte qui n'a rien fait pour nous reloger et nous a proposé un dédommagement dérisoire lorsque nous avons ouvert le litige avec Booking. Je pense qu'ils ne se rendent vraiment pas compte de la problématique sanitaire que cela engendre Le logement étant en rée de chaussé il n'est pas lumineux. Je déconseille aux adultes de dormir dans le canapé lit (ne convient que pour un enfant)
