La ubicación y la limpieza

Que estaba contratado para 3 personas pero el sofá abierto estaba sin hacer, después de un largo viaje me tocó buscar las sábanas y ropa de cama para poder hacer el sofá cama, cuando la reserva es para 3 personas y pagado para 3 personas tendría que estar montado para 3 personas

Ci siamo trovate in uno spiacevole inconveniente mentre rientravamo nell'alloggio! Non c'era corrente...se non fosse stato per una ragazza che ci ha aperto saremmo state fuori fino alle 7 di mattina! Purtroppo non c'e stata l'assistenza giusta da parte dello staff! Deludente! Eravamo impossibilitate ad entrate nella stanza in quanto era tutto elettronico! Nessuno dello staff ha avuto la decenza di recarsi nella struttura per risolvere il problema! Siamo state noi dopo continue richieste di intervento a chiedere se ci fosse una chiave per aprire la stanza! Li chiamavi non rispondevano ma su WhatsApp scrivevano! Peccato perche l'alloggio meritava ma queste tipo di situazioni fanno scendere il punteggio in quanto penso che l'assistenza al cliente sia la prima cosa!

El apartamento es muy bonito moderno, cómodo y muy chulo decorado me encantó no me di cuenta que elegí el apartamento sin piscina hay que mirar bien a la hora de elegirlo

Como en todos los apartamentos que no se puede entrar hasta las cuatro de la tarde y la salida a las 11 , aunque fueron muy amables y nos dejaron dejar las maletas antes
