La ubicacion

El Jacuzzi esta en muy muy mal estado.Viejo y muy sucio, que avisamos y no vinieron a limpiarlo en 2 dias. No tiene privacidad desde la escalera comunitaria del edificio hay un agujero que te ven,pero bien caro que lo cobran. En definitiva no deberian ofertarlo no esta en condiciones.La barandilla para subir a la habitacion de arriba estaba medio suelta y hacia subir y bajar bastante peligroso.

Location of the apartment was good and the beds were large and quite comfortable.

Very expensive for what it offers. The descriptions of facilities are misleading and in some cases incorrect - the 'living area with a sofa' was actually a narrow conservatory with a sofa facing the slats of the building's skylight, the 'private pool' was actually size of a small jacuzzi but with unheated water and not very clean, the 'patio' consisted of narrow spaces to get to the 'pool' and move around the top of the building's skylight, the 'landmark view' was only the very top of the cathedral tower amongst the many chimneys and various pipes on the roofs of other buildings. The balustrade was wonky, the only armchair had a broken leg, so unusable and unsafe. It was comfortable to sleep two couples, but the only way to socialise was to sit on uncomfortable chairs around a wonky gateleg table. There are little ants all over the place. The upstairs bedroom has no storage space and is hardly large enough to be able to squeeze around the bed. The upstairs toilet was tiny, one was always risking banging one's chin on the washbasin while trying to sit on the loo. Kitchen was poorly equipped - there were 5 saucers and only one coffee cup, only three small plates, one wine glass and four mismatched flutes, etc. - the place was supposed to be for 4 guests. The host did not comply with the advertised timescales for providing the access code to the property. I was not sent the entry code until I chased it on the day when we were due to come and I was also told that I had to send a photo of the passports of all guests staying in the property before they would send me the code. This was all happening as we were driving to Seville and about an hour prior to arrival.

It is exactly the same as in the pictures. Location, cleanliness was perfect. Supermarket opposite to the property, 10-15 mins walk to all important places.
