Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, unmittelbar am Strand, Stadtnähe, Busse in alle Richtungen vor der Tür. Baden leider wegen Abwasserproblemen während des Aufenthalts nicht möglich!

Die Größe des Apartments und die relativ zentrale Lage in Arrecife.

Der stark abgewohnte Allgemeinzustand innerhalb des gesamten Apartments. Bis warmes Wasser aus dem Duschkopf kommt vergehen ca. 10 Minuten. Die Badewanne im zweiten Bad ist defekt. Die Fenster lassen sich z. T. nicht öffnen. Der Rolladen in einem der Schlafzimmer ist defekt. Die Betten sind unbequem.

El jacuzzi no funciona, y por lo que leí en otros comentarios, el tema no viene de ahora. No deberían ofrecer el apartamento con este servicio, ya que no lo tiene.

Everything was above expectation, the flat is really spacious and clean, there is a parking spot available in the undergroud garage. We loved the balcony with beach view. The location makes it easy to leave arrecife by car and visit the rest of the island.

It takes quite some time for the shower to reach a comfortable temperature.

La amplitud y las vistas.

Los baños tenían el telefonillo de la ducha obstruido por la cal, y en la cocina tenían azulejos desprendidos en el área de la mesa. En la habitación de la cama matrimonial, el colchón se hunde mucho por los lados y las ventanas estaban sucias.
