Le divan lit pas confortable avec bruit du frigo et lumière du hall d'entrée Mauvaise insonorisation Pas d'accès à la toilette pour personnes qui dorment dans le salon Pas beaucoup de confort autour du jacuzzi pour 5 personnes.

There were 10 of us so we had 3 apartments. All were really well equipped. Location was good. Staff were very helpful with changes made on the bookings. Value for money if they can sort out the jacuzzis

We had problems with the jacuzzi for 2 of the apartments - one was v cold the other wouldn’t work and needed a clean. One of the bathrooms had a bad smell, they tried to assist with cleaning products but unfortunately that didn’t work. We did report this to them and they were helpful to try to solve the problems

the property misled us about what facilities were available to us and where.. I since reached out to them about this on whatsapp and they apologised and “issued” a partial refund however no refund has been given to me and they’ve now stopped replying to my messages completely… great service…

Lack of outside windows which wasn't apparent in the photos. Not enough seating and crockery for 4 people. Jacuzzi didn't work but we were given a discount which we appreciated
