Beautiful room, modern and very clean. Nice location, nice terrace.

The door lock did not work properly. I was stuck outside the door at night for at least 40 minutes + another 20 minutes without being able to get in the room, all the while talking on the phone with some far away staff trying to help in vain. To make it worse, the jacuzzi was not heating up at all, even after waiting at least an hour and a half: the temperature did jot go up by one degree!!!! Even the outside shower on the terrace, next to the jacuzzi, had no hot water to speak of. Only good thing is that a nice lady (on the phone) recognized their failure and issued a partial refund the following day.

Quite spacious and beds were comfortable. Bedding was fine.

Staircase to 2nd bedroom needs more staircase rails. Dangerous. In GB this would not be allowed. It was steep. Pillows were too hard. No kettle which is a must. Boiling water in a pan is dangerous. When you rent in GB the ownersleave a basket filled with coffee tea some basics washing up liquid to.make it more welcoming. There was nothing. We got a discount otherwise it would have been too expensive.

Excellent apartment in a really good location right next to Alameda de Hercules square with lots of lovely bars and restaurants . The hot tub was a lovely extra and was private just for our apartment. The staff were extremely helpful and did everything they could to ensure we had a lovely stay.

Everything about the apartment was perfect it was very clean , looked just like the photos on booking.com The only improvement could be some outdoor chairs or sunloungers in the patio area on the rooftop next to the private jacuzzi.

Great central location, easily walkable for sightseeing and exploring Seville.

Quite noisy at times from the upstairs apartment and road outside during the night.
