Very neat and clean, and lovely, attentive host. The onsite parking was also a bonus! Great terrace but it was just too hot to use it! The air conditioning was very welcome!! Lots of supermarkets close by.

Location was ok but there wasn’t a lot of good options for restaurants apart from student bars nearby. Biggest problem was the smell of sewerage coming from the bathroom.

clean, spacious (large terrace), well equipped place, incl. washing machine & washing powder. The owner and his son provided us with many instructions and insights. There's a nice cafe for breakfast just across the street

Excellent customer service

The host was very polite and helpful, provided lots of helpful tips for the stay when checked us in. Host also sent us a pdf file with key information before arrival. This is great practice. The apt was on the first floor. There was a free parking in the closed/private area around the multistory building. The apartment was walking distance to the city center. The apt had necessary items to prepare and consume a meal. The pictures are real, so no surprises when you arrive.

Did not have a tea kettle only coffee maker. We boiled water for tea in a pan.

Very nice flat with comfotable terrace. Not directly in the city center, but few minutes from tram station or cca 15-20 minutes nice walk to Puerta Jerez. Shops and bars, cafés or restaurants nearby. Flathouse is in clean and safe locality. Aeropuertoexpress bus station nearby (5 mins).

The water heater was not hot when used continuously. There were ants hence food must be kept in fridge. Overall, the apartment was ok. Perhaps a change of new sofa bed in the future.

Very friendly owner, who was always avaliable. Clean and big apartment with beautiful balcony. Great location (about 15-20 minute walk from city centre).

Communication with Enrique was exceptional. He gave lots of advice on getting about, and what to do. The location was excellent. Buses and trams are availnearby nearby to get into the city centre, but we opted to do the 25 minute walk. There is a Dia supermarket a few minutes walk away, useful for any provisions.

Hosts were very helpful with detailed explanationas of everything. Apmt. is very well equipped and has a great balcony. Exceptional location for getting to centre. Choice of local transport at hand. All amenities nearby. Off road parking included was definitely a boon.

The size of the dining chairs for the table was a little impractical - their width meant only 1 at a time would fit at any side. We turned the table to seat 3 people; more would have proved a bigger problem. I expect most don´t do much eating in. But it is nice to at least have breakfact around the same table. Would agree with another guest´s comment on the pillows... The water in the shower can get very hot and the tap is easily displaced to even hotter! A warning might be a good idea ? There seemed to be a problem with tiny ants (?) in the bathroom for the most part, but we did see the occasional one in the kitchen area.

The flat is very nice and spacious. It's well equiped. The bed is comfortable, there are big wardrobes and a very nice and clean kitchen. We enjoyed a big balcony with a sofa, a coffee table and lots of plants. The car park is in front of the house. The owner is very kind and helpful.

It is situated in a walking distance from the city centre, but it took us 30 minutes to get there and it was too hot to walk.
