Spacious. Comfortable. Great terrace. Easy to get to city on tram and many local restaurants and grocery stores close by. Secured parking on site. Owners son met us there and gave us lots of information. Super helpful and nice.

Everything about our unit and stay were perfect! The eldest son gave us a very thorough tour of the apartment. His friendliness was wonderful!!

The pillows were too hard for my husband’s liking… perhaps softer ones to choose from might be a nice thing to offer guests. Other than that it was a lovely apartment with a well stocked kitchen!

The photos of the apartment do not do it justice. It was lovely. Our host actually contacted us prior to our arrival and sent us a link so we knew exactly where to drive to , which was reassuring in a big city like Seville . He was stood on the pavement when we pulled up 😊. The apartment benefits from a secure car park and is on the first floor of a tall block. There is a lift If needed. Facilities-excellent. Clean tidy and everything you need ( except a kettle !). We just boiled up water in a pan. Good supermarket five min walk.

I would say the only possible criticism is location . If you are mobile and don’t mind walking then no problem. We walked everywhere and I’d say it takes 20 mins walking to reach the start of touristy bits. Though there is good public transport 10 mins away from the door and Seville is flat .

Apartament is very clean and comfortable. Beds are very good. We ve got plenty of towels. Host was very friendly and welcomed us personally (we clearly communicated out ETA). Even though we don't watch TV, our children were delighted that Netflix and Amazon Prime were active so they could watch their favorite movies. The owner was kind enough to tell us about the area and we happened to see the Saturday Easter procession - it made a great impression on us. The whole event was literally on the next street. Overall, we recommend the apartment and all the amenities (dishwasher, washing machine, shower with a shower head from another planet ;-) - you'll understand when you see it). Additionally we had big parking space for our minivan. Theres also big tarraze but we dont have the opportunity to use is as it was raining at that time...

Can be a little noisy from the bars nearby but bedroom have good window and its silent.

Everything in this property is absolutely perfect! Especially the host, who is very helpful with the information provided and the attitude. Parking spot in front of the building, enormous terrace like a private yard, coffee facilities. Definitely recommend!

Todo genial! There is a huge terrace, it's very close to the city centre, nice neighbourhood, apartment provides you with everything necessary - fully equipped kitchen, coffee machine, bathroom essentials, separate bedroom, free parking in front of the building. Most importantly - the hosts are very nice and welcoming, we really felt like home.

Absolutely nothing.

The owners are absolutely delightful and not only provide an abundance of information, but are quick to respond if you need further assistance. The son greeted us and it was a pleasure speaking with him. The entry to the building was newly remodeled in a lovely light stone, and the apartment has a large, furnished balcony which we unfortunately didn’t get to enjoy due to a heatwave. On that note, I must say the air conditioning worked very well. We were provided with all the conveniences needed. The bed size was a double, but perfect for us. The location was not at all a long walk to the various attractions, and we did it in the heat, and there is a good variety of restaurants nearby. We found everything clean and tidy in the apartment, and it is the perfect size for a couple or small family.

Our only suggestion would be to possibly update the bedding and pillows, as they seem a bit worn, and to maybe update the couches because the couch covers make for a dated look and feel in an otherwise light and bright apartment.
