Stunning 2BR with Views Near Sky Tower Zodiak Stays

The apartment was lovely and had everything we needed. Location was great and the view from the balcony/living room was stunning. The decor etc was nice.

The bathroom sink was blocked and it wasn't fixed during our stay. The bathroom toilet ran constantly and kept my friend awake. The communication with the agent was absolutely consdtant.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The location couldn't be better - right in the heart of the city with easy access to everything. The apartment itself was comfortable and well-equipped with all the essentials. Plus, the view from the apartment was really nice. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great stay in a prime location.

We met a few minor issues during our stay. One of the access badges didn't work properly, which made it difficult to call the elevator using one of the keys. Additionally, the sink in the bathroom drained slowly, and the hot water occasionally became extremely hot for a few seconds during showers. Moreover, one of the two bedrooms is viewless but it still ok though. Despite these minor inconveniences, they didn't greatly affect our overall experience. I would still recommend this place for its location and comfort.

Location good

Shower head faulty. Toilet noise throughout night. Basin in bathroom clogged and not draining. Dirty in single bedroom. Not upfront about extra 350 bond charged after paying up front for accomodation. .Dishwasher not working. Despite having to pay 160 cleaning fee having to clean and take out rubbish before we leave. Having a please explain email regarding a broken ornament! Broken seal on shower door. Shower head not working properly.Toaster dirty and full of crumbs. Poorly equipped kitchen. Especially cutlery. No plug for kitchenette sink. Onerous checking in procedure

Apartment Was nice and had all the neccessary requirements

It was difficult to find, hard to get parking Ins trochons didn't arrive via app and Opp didnt work properly II- war really frustrating an d stressful. Ross card Stopped working Not really ideal.

It was very clean and in a great location

The shower head could be better and not enough cutlery and Crockery, but other than that it was perfect

Amazing location if you want to be in central Auckland

Check in/ key pick up is ok when you know how bit is two blocks from apartment so a pain if arriving late like we did.

The location was Central which was good for work.

This was a terrible process. I had sent through the credit card holder's ID 2 times but still was not sent the check-in details the morning that we arrived. We went to the place where it said to collect the key and were told by the Hotel that they don't deal with people, not with the hotel. We then walked to the address but the address did not exist. By this time we were worried that we had been scammed. We rang the hotel and they wanted the ID again - very stressful as I had already sent it and I just wanted them to tell me why the address that we had been given didn't exist. In the end, we sent through the ID again and the details were finally released. We had to go all the way back to the first hotel and get the keys. A terrible, terrible process. There was no extra blankets so one of our colleagues was cold. We were there from Mon - Friday and the rubbish wasn't even collected or extra towels provided. We had to take our own rubbish out to the rubbish room.
