Stunning 2BR with Views Near Sky Tower Zodiak Stays

Location, clean, quite well equipped. Nice views from 22 nd floor.

Access was difficult. Fortunately it was not raining but it was 10 minute walk uphill lugging suitcases. Quite confusing instructions with the address of collection box on a corner so access on a different street. All currently extra confusing due to major construction work all around. Wifi access code was sent in link which we could not activate as we didn’t have wifi and nowhere near by where we could get online so had to call for wifi code, fortunately we were still in office hours. The first time we called the lady was rude and off hand and problem not solved. When we called a second time the situation was resolved. Make sure you have the wifi code before going 22 flights into the apartment. Another tip make sure you take your rubbish to garbage bins before leaving your keys in apartment on checkout as required, because you need your key to access the garbage room. Definitely room for improvement in these areas. This is worst we’ve experienced anywhere and we travel a lot.

JUst about everything. All the hassle just to get in. Had to walk over a block just to get the key to get in. Had countless emails with instructions , Had to provide ID for all guests. Had to pay $30 for an early check in , but by the time one sorted arrival instructions and walked for key, really didn't need early check in. It was not too clean. Have been charged 2 x's for security deposit - Hope I get that back !!

The check-in process was terrible. The key was located few blocks away. It was really the worst check-in ever. There were only 3 forks and 3 cups when we arrived (4 people). Really? We got more after we asked. The oven however was broken and it was not fixed during our stay.

Great location. Spacious. Secure.

Common areas need cleaning more often. Picking up the keys up from a different location was a hassle as we ended up getting lost, suggest highlighting to guests that customs street has an east and a west and its important that Customs Street WEST is highlighted in the instructions for key pickup.
