Tutto perfetto . Unico piccolissimo neo il fatto che avevo prenotato per 3 persone e il 3º letto non era sistemato così come gli asciugamani c’erano solo per 2 persone .

Location was perfect! Close to Historic Centre and amenities.

It was perfect!

It was as described in the historic centre of Sevilla. The apartment was very nice and well equipped and presented. It had a great location, close to a lot of the historic places that I wanted to see. The staff are helpful and friendly.

Despite having double glazing it was a bit noisy from the street before midnight. As it is in the historic centre of Sevilla, the local streets are very narrow and one way. It is not a good idea to use a hire car. Taxis to and from the airport are good and the quickest way to get to the property. If you do hire a car, get a small European car, the small the better.

There aren’t enough towels as you cannot get them dry and the shower spays everywhere soaking the floor.

Tv not working (remove does not work owner will tell you to use buttons on tv but there arent so you have to plug ans unplug the tv) it is not a smart tv so on you only get a few bad working spanish channels, smell in the bathroom (owner but 3 smells that you plug in to hide it), you get 3 mins of of hot water, the bed is very uncomfortable as well as the pillows woke up with neck and back pains. Even though the description says terrace for each apartment the only terrace is shared and is on the top floor. we were so disappointed with our stay.

Upon arrival Oak & Sandstone studio was unavailable. We were offered two nights at another apartment in a different location. This large airy well appointed centrally located apartment had a very small compact bathroom. Our stay here was great. Our third night we transferred to Oak & Sandstone studio. There was difficulty entering the building: door code didn't work. Then there was difficulty entering the apartment: as again that door code also didn't work. Finally we got a key to access the apartment. Also a large airy well appointed centrally located apartment in a much noisier location. Our stay here was ok.

The building door code didn't work. The apartment door code didn't work. The bathroom flooded when we had a shower. Having to waste our holiday time moving accommodation during a three night stay.

The apartment was lovely, gorgeous design, high ceilings, windows and furnishings. Great location.

The apartment was on a busy, cobbled road. All traffic and people passing could be heard. The black out blinds were broken.
