Oak & Sandstone Studio - Space Maison Apartments

I liked the location a lot - it is in the very center of Seville, 2 minutes to walk to the Cathedral, 7 minutes to the Royal Alcazar. Plenty of diverse dining options nearby, bars, shops, restaurants, etc. It is also close to the bus station which can be used to get from or to the airport. Room itself looks and feels cool and somewhat "authentic", it is not your typical similarly-looking hotel room. I also enjoyed that apartments have washing machine and steam iron, along with detergent and drying board - that was very useful as we could wash and dry our clothes fast. All the cooking equipment is great, the fridge is huge, the coffee machine is great as well. I liked the top terrace a lot - it has a great view on the Cathedral, as well as comfy chairs for laid-back rest. For those who are confused with switching the shower to the hose - you have to pull the hose down in the point where it connects to the faucet. We had never seen such a switcher before, took us a bit to figure it out :-) .

Weekend evenings might be a bit noisy, but it is expected considering that apartments are located in the busy and popular location that has plenty of activities all day and night long.

The location is excellent, close walking distance to the major sights.

The apartment is on a very busy street and as a consequence it’s very noisy. We drove to Seville because we were touring and the Booking.com website shows there is car parking available. There is limited parking but we had to park in an 24hour car park elsewhere, this added considerably to the cost. If I had been able to cancel our booking (had to pay up front) I’d have gone elsewhere. The people managing the booking process, were, in my opinion, not very obliging! For me a lesson learnt, even if you put the filters on, according to Booking.com, you need to read the small print.

The location was close to everything. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby.

There was not a lot of hot water available to the unit.

Check in process is smooth, very cozy and clean place, close to the cathedral. And many good restaurants just few steps.

An absolutely perfect location. We stayed a month and were very comfortable in the apartment. And the roof top deck was great. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location and beautiful renovated appartment. Comfortable large bed .Great communication with management . Highly recommended !
