Fantastic apartment, well designed and bed was super comfortable. Easy walking distance to Main Street for restaurants.

Easy to collect keys and access apartment. Clean, modern apartment. Stayed there with a mate in a 2 bedroom place. Good location, easy to walk to main part of town, plenty of parking on and off site.

The outside lights of the apartment block remain on all night. It meant the bedrooms were not very dark - either those lights should go off at some point, or better blinds/curtains should be installed.

The heating, big bed and size of the apartment.

No cleaning product that was advertised

We found the unit cosy, warm on arrival. Clean, had everything we needed for our stay. Simple easy check in. They were extremely accommodating with the onsite parking so we could park our old car undercover and off the street. This was a MUST for us. Staff were friendly and nothing was a problem to them. Would highly recommend anyone to stay encore apartments

The bed, needs new mattress could feel springs, staff gave extra bedding so I could use which did help thank you ladies.

Well-appointed, very clean and well-located. Whilst we had no direct contact with owner/manager, communication was good.

This apartment is the best I've ever stayed at at that price and close to everything. Good for the family and friends.

It was well positioned, well kept, modern, clean and a great size for 3 people for a short stay.

There was a strange noise through the night which was a bit off putting not sure what it was- a noisy appliance in another apartment?? It spoilt the atmosphere and troubled one of the members in our party who uas autism
