Bed could be more comfortable

Host was very friendly and accessible. We had some slight trouble with the lock box and Chrissie was available on the phone, and then attended to property to help us

comfortable bed and well laundered linen, everything in the kitchen and laundry were in working order. Heating worked well.

the unit although comfortable is in need of a good refurb - bathroom, kitchen and furniture updated. The ground floor is surrounded by concrete walls and the furniture should not be dark brown it's a bit dismal.

Very clean and well appointed apartment in a convenient location within walking distance of Bathurst town centre. Off street or lockup parking was useful.

Upstairs toilet did not always turn off after flushing.

The hot plate did not work so impossible to cook food with the hot plate. It was turned-on as I could melt butter after a great wait. But beyond that impossible. So, I used the microwave which was a second choice and not as good a finish to what i wanted to cook

Neat and tidy, staff go the extra mile and reasonably priced.

We have stayed here on multiple occasions. Great size apartments. Short walk to pubs, cafes and restaurants. Comfortable bed. Well presented.

The security and privacy of apartments being individually accessed. Clean, comfortable and functional, everything was provided. Booking and payment were easy and convenient. Communication was excellent and accommodating.
