The apartment was spacious, which was the only positive aspect of the stay. Unfortunately, this was overshadowed by the numerous issues we experienced during our visit.

I had a very disappointing experience with this property. Upon arrival, there were already other guests (a couple and a baby) inside the apartment we had booked and they had clearly been using it. We were left with an apartment that had already been occupied, was not properly prepared for our arrival, and had used bedding. The couple explained that they had entered the apartment because the door had been left open, which raised serious concerns about the property’s security and access procedures. We barely slept that night due to the stress and confusion caused by the situation. We were also hosting international guests, which made the incident even more embarrassing and difficult to manage. As a result, what was supposed to be an enjoyable travel weekend turned into a very unpleasant experience. The overnight staff member was polite and did her best to help, but the property was fully booked and no alternative accommodation was available. The apartment had two beds, but the only immediate solution offered was additional bedding for just one of them. We were asked to collect bedding from another room and remove it ourselves. I raised a formal complaint regarding the incident, and while I was informed that it would be escalated to management, I have still not received any update or resolution more than a week later. The entire experience was disappointing, and the lack of communication and follow-up after such a serious issue only made the situation even more frustrating.

Nice clean property with everything we need

Access to property, hour & a half to access room key pad code not working. Contact numbers only accessible mon to fri. When we did get hold of someone from a number in the lift, had to get a physical key from key box downstairs.

The main bathroom shower was leaking over the top of the screen so had to use the smaller shower and could’ve done with better quality bedding and mattresses but other than that, it was spot on

Own well appointed kitchen, nothing you could want or ask for.

Limited parking, at the apartments I feel if the rates for parking were say £5.00 over night, the the car park would be able to pay its own way , whilst I was there only 2/3 cars parked there . Drop the price, more income, more customers happy.
