location is perfect. just 2 minutes walk from the centre! The view at night is really awesome. There `s no doubt we would book this apartment again!

The view, especially at night, was amazing! Recommended for couples, definitely.

The entrance and the passages to the room/apartment are in a very bad condition and a bit scary for solo female travelers at night. However, there were no problems and it was unexpectedly safe.

The location was great and Alexandar was very accommodating. The view from the room was also lovely.

The common areas are horrific, very run down. There are a lot of stairs to climb (which we didn't mind but others might need to take note of) and absolutely no regard to health and safety. The AC was making noises throughout the night, sounding as if part of it was going to fall off on us.

The proximity to the local area and the ease of communicating around the town on foot and using public transport. Satisfactory WIFI was available in the room. The room had a good, solid air conditioning unit. Standard kitchenette. Secure and affordable accommodation, overall!

The apartment is inside a dingy complex requiring access to several passageways and doors. At night, the neighbours make noise walking the corridors and talking to one another. It took us one night to get used to it, and then it became the norm. The bathroom cabinet needed some cleaning and the toilet seat needed some adjustment.

Great location, friendly host. Has enough to stay for a couple of days or so. All toiletries available.

Limited cooking possibilities. Not the cleanest place. The path from the street to the apartment is not the most convenient or appealing ones.
