Lux Apartment in Belgrade 2

Great value for money apartment. Has everything you need, not much more you can ask. Also, great location

Ivan is a very good host. He definitely helps you with all your needs. We were very pleased with the apartment we stayed in.

Electricity issues, no air conditioning in second room

Good location in old part of Belgrade.

We were looking to have a separate room for the baby. It was more like a balcony, very small, the couch not so clean. We could not leave our baby to sleep in that room.

Very spacious, great location for bars and restaurants and easy access to attractions, clean and comfortable.

Host collected city tax in cash payment but did not register us (legal requirement within 24hrs of arrival in Serbia). This meant we were at risk of trouble at the border when we left Serbia, possibly facing fines. We were lucky that officials didn't check but heard stories of others who had issues when their hosts refuse to do this. Very poor conduct and illegal...? I tried explaining/asking host to register us on the phone but they still refused. Don't hand over any money until your Host registers you if you're concerned about this.

The apartment is located in the city centre with many bars and stores around. My family stayed there and they were super satisfied with it. Everything is clean and as you see in fotos. All recommendations.
