1. It’s super loud on a main road, actually in general Mauritius is just noisy and loud and dirty. It was not clear to us at booking that the room will be loud on website. 2. The infrastructure of the room is quite old, for example water boiler is pretty old. And the room we booked was tiny. 3. The entrance lock not welcoming and felt a bit not safe . we have to lock and open each time. 4. We were told that most guests leave in the morning and back at night to sleep only. But if we as guest just want to read a book and chill . It’s not a good choice. 5. We could not cancel our stay since it’s a non-refundable term. So we had to drop and eat the loss.

все начиналось прекрасно, милое приветствие, забота и уют. на второй день наш холодильник перестал работать, и все дорогие продукты испортились. кондиционер платный, но нельзя его надолго включать, стирка вещей платно, поменять полотенца на чистые через кучу объяснений что их меняют в другие дни. половина из недели вода в душе была холодной, объясняя плохой погодой и солнечными батареями, при этом стояла жара и солнце все эти дни. последней каплей было проснуться с тараканом на собственной подушке. о, поверьте, вы будете не одни жить в этом номере. с вами будут миллиарды муравьев, тараканов, гекконы и летающие твари. все это будет объяснено вам тем, что дом уже старый. ну а захотите попросить помощь с экскурсией, вам обязательно пойдут на встречу, и организуют за 400 евро, вместо 180 евро на официальном сайте. безразличие и бережливость, жадность и экономия, прикрытая под соусом «мы вам очень рады». и это жилье стоило дороже, чем предыдущая квартира в La Gaulette где не было ни одного таракана или муравья, безлимитный кондиционер, стиральная машинка, терраса с видом на Le Morne, любая просьба по звонку. Делайте выводы, дамы и господа Everything started out wonderful: a warm welcome, care, and comfort. On the second day, our refrigerator stopped working, and all the expensive food spoiled. Air conditioning costs extra, but you can't leave it on for long. Laundry costs extra, and towels were changed only after a bunch of explanations that they were changed on different days. For half the week, the shower was cold, blaming the bad weather and solar panels, despite the heat and sun all those days. The last straw was waking up with a cockroach on my pillow. Oh, believe me, you won't be alone in this room. You'll be with billions of ants, cockroaches, geckos, and flying creatures. All this will be explained to you by the fact that the house is already old.

Die beste Unterkunft die wir hatten auf unserer Mauritius Reise (hat uns besser gefallen wie die 5 Sterne Hotels in denen wir waren). Das Penthouse ist absolut zu empfehlen, sehr gute Ausstattung und tolle Aussicht. Mind 1 Woche bleiben! Tolle Gastgeber mit super Tipps. Alles sehr sauber, herzlich und gepflegt.

The property is nestled on a hill overlooking Black River Bay. Our room had a lovely little balcony — the perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee and watch the sunset. The location is excellent, just a short drive to the beach, supermarket, and several high-quality cafes and restaurants. The apartment’s trendy beach décor instantly put me in a relaxed holiday mood. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, and the beautifully presented towels, decorated with flowers and ferns, reflected the care and pride Fabrice and Pascale take in creating a warm, welcoming environment for their guests. On top of that, the hosts gave us a warm welcome and shared helpful tips on places to visit.

Fabrice and Pascale were wonderful hosts and provided all the resources I needed for an incredible holiday. The property is beautiful and was in the perfect location for all my outdoor adventures.
