Retro 2 Bedroom Apartment

Nothing, unfortunately.

We were appointed to Stein1. Upon entry, we were greeted by brooms and dust pans in full display. In the living room and the bedrooms the curtains were fraying and drooping off the curtain rails. It wouldn’t cost $200 to replace and fix them. Honestly! In bedroom one, we had no toilet flush but we were provided a Bunnings bucket to use to flush with. We have been to 27 countries including Third World countries never have we had to flush with a bucket. In room two, the water tap in the sink couldn’t turn off. My cousins had to sleep to the irritating sound of water dripping. In the kitchen, we had two toasters one of which was rusty. The owner couldn’t even be bothered to throw it out. There were nearly a dozen frying pans, all of them were useless. Why keep them. Why?

The apartment was very spacious for us with 2 teenagers. Loved that the kids had their own bathroom. Lots of bench space in the kitchen, which was great. We were very comfortable and the view was lovely. The towels provided with the linen package were huge and soft.

The parking was tricky, it worked out okay as it was pretty quiet when we were there. But the passenger side had to be hard up against a wall to allow just enough room for a car to pass. The photograph of the cars and the building in the advert is not where this apartment is. It's completely different.
