Spacious...clean...fab communication with Sam / Guy....right in the centre of things.

A little way up a steep bit which would be difficult for a non abled person...I could back up the hill for my husband..but a tiny bit unnerving. All worked well tho.

• fantastic position (despite the unappealing, bin lined lane entrance) • lovely outlook  • spacious living area • loved the bay windows, which opened  • comfortable chairs • comfortable bed (if/when sheet stayed in place) • owner very prompt and responsive to queries • great to have parking permit organised by owner in advance  • would recommend staying here

Fitted sheet didn't fit! Far too small for the mattress (and would have been obvious when making the bed.) Very annoying!! Spoilt what would have been the perfect bed and sleep. Some washing detergent for washing machine would have been appreciated. Extra bin liner/s for kitchen bin would be helpful. Entry hall, off lane entry, would benefit from updating/new carpet. Very stained. Door between hall and living needs attention - doesn't close. Latch broken. Suggestions: • Would be good to have a dark blind at high window in bedroom, so can block out the light if someone is sleeping, while other person up. Or if resting during the day. •A flat KING sheet for hot nights, when a doona is too warm to use, would be a good addition to provide.

Excellent location with great views for watching the world go by. The included parking permit was an excellent addition and saved us a fair few pounds over the stay.

The cooking fat smell occasionally permeates the apartment.

Position was brilliant . Beautiful apartment , Immaculate and extremely comfortable .

Location was brill, everything you’d need for a stay was provided.

Could have done with a slip mat in shower as floor was very shiny. Also Due to very central location, it was noisy at times. Hallway entrance carpet spoils the first impressions.

Very spacious , light and airy , air conditioned in bedroom , in the centre of Torquay with magnificent views over the harbour , the host was very quick in replying to any questions

A little noisy late at night on the weekend but that is the price you pay for being in the heart of Torquay . There was meant to be a hairdryer but there was not one

Loved the location. The apartment is spotless and clean and a lovely comfortable bed. Air conditioner in the bedroom was brilliant after the hot weather we had. Loved it so much booked it again for next year. 😀

Would be better with a more comfortable settee.
