The location was very hood

The swimming pool has been closed since May 2025 which fact they did not mention when I booked on june 20 th. Also the apartment was on the second floor and we found it difficult to climb. Also the staff were the security of the building and did not know the job of a caretaker. Also it took us 30 mts to find the place from 2 feet away becoz there was no board and nobody seemed to know the name. The name is on the second gate of the building!!!!

Great location in Benualim village and short walk to the beach and restaurants. We didn't use the kitchen facilities so can't comment if suitable for people's needs if cooking but was as described in the information. Bed is Indian comfort. Some small issue with not enough bed linen and towels but this was rectified straight away and great bonus having a washing machine. The two security lads are helpful. We would stay here again for the convenience of location.

The property is central to all the restaurants and shops. The mattress was very hard but upon advising the owner she put a new one in which was better.

Unfortunately there are a lot of dogs in the area and they bark and fight all night so hard to sleep without earplugs. We would have like a more comfortable settee as being there for 4 weeks don’t want to go out every night so would ah e like to have a comfortable sitting area

To be honest I didn't stay there as there was nobody to contact. Hence I moved to another place.

It felt like home, was cosy and comfortable, and in a relatively quiet location albeit situated near a street with restaurants and amenities. The building staff was helpful and warm.

Good location, friendly support staff who helped carry my luggage

The unit was a 2nd floor walk-up apartment.
