Luxury Apartment with private hot tub by Poniente Beach

No estaba, muy limpio. Le hace falta alguna mejora que otra sobre todo en los baños

Location, amazing views of beach, it was in quieter part with lovely local bars round corner but close enough to get taxi for £10 to levante or old town. It was clean, hot tub great, patio furniture comfy, beds comfy and all facilities to a high standard, it was all lovely and I would stay again. Highly recommend

Needed mirrors and more bedside tables in bedrooms, also shelf in shower to put gels etc. A second set of keys needed could only open gate with key from inside. More info for address too, building no 4, room no 2, would help when finding for first time

The Apartment was absolutely beautiful. Very clean with stunning views. The hot tub was lovely watching the sunset. Was in a quiet location but there was some lovely restaurants and bars just around the corner. Was just a overall fantastic experience staying in a stunning apartment.

The check in procedure via the agency was exceptionally poor from a communication aspect & the property is in need of some general maintenance

Gorgeous location on the quieter end of Benidorm. Apartment was beautiful and had all the amenities needed. We were greeted by a representative from AH group, who look after the apartment, who was friendly and welcoming. We would definitely book this apartment again should we return!

A more detailed information pack would be useful to help with, for example, location of bus stops/timetables, local restaurant recommendations, a map of the area. Hot tub had a slight ‘musty’ smell and took 4 hours to warm up which would have been useful to know!

Nice apartment no doubt

No hot tub in use. There are 2 available, 1 on private terrace and 1 communal. Both not working. Property was chosen because of hot tub facilities. Lack of communication regarding the hot tubs was a big disappointment as it was obvious they weren’t working prior to our arrival. Maybe it was hoped we wouldn’t notice but even on arrival within minutes of us checking the private hot tub was tripping out and the communal hot tub was taped off. Nothing was fixed or explained until days into our visit and even then we had to keep asking. Really disappointing and the apartment, although nice, does not make up the value for money. Terrace faces away from sunrise and sunset so doesn’t get any sun all day.
