Please note that access to building is done through stairs, leading to the elevator area. 164 feet from Benidorm's Poniente beach: through some stairs or 984 feet on the sidewalk. Please note that towels are changed every 4 days and bed linen once a week. Please note the safety deposit box is available at an extra cost. The hotel will provide further information on this. Please note that upon arrival you should ring the bell at the main door. A member of staff will open the door for you to proceed with check-in and key collection. A surcharge of 40€ applies for arrivals after 22:00h. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. This property accepts pets on request.
