Please note that access to building is done through stairs, leading to the elevator area. 164 feet from Benidorm's Poniente beach: through some stairs or 984 feet on the sidewalk. Please note that towels are changed every 4 days and bed linen once a week. Please note the safety deposit box is available at an extra cost. The hotel will provide further information on this. Please note that upon arrival you should ring the bell at the main door. A member of staff will open the door for you to proceed with check-in and key collection. A surcharge of 40€ applies for arrivals after 22:00h. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. This property accepts pets on request. Нам усе дуже сподобалося! Персонал привітний і завжди готовий допомогти. Апартаменти були чистими, затишними та комфортними. Велике ліжко дозволило нам без проблем розміститися втрьох — я, дружина та дитина, а також у номері був розкладний диван. У номері було тихо, а з вікна відкривався гарний краєвид. Розташування чудове: до моря всього близько 150 метрів, поруч є все необхідне. На всі наші прохання персонал реагував швидко та без жодних проблем. Рушники змінювали регулярно. Також нам надали знижку, а оскільки ми проживали 9 днів, прибирання номера було безкоштовним (зазвичай ця послуга коштує 30 €). За правилами виселення мало відбутися о 11:00, але наш рейс з Аліканте був лише о 19:55. Ми попросили залишити номер до 17:00. Спочатку нам запропонували доплатити 30 €, але після короткої розмови та нашого прохання врахувати цю суму за рахунок безкоштовного прибирання персонал люб’язно пішов нам назустріч. Загалом ми залишилися дуже задоволені відпочинком. Рекомендую ці апартаменти для сімейного відпочинку — комфортно, зручно та з чудовим ставленням до гостей.

"Great apartments"

Lovely clean apartments with a fantastic view. We were glad we picked self-catering as it was relaxing not to rush around dining rooms for food. We ate a late breakfast on the balcony most mornings. In a nice quiet area with a few bars & restaurants near. About 40 mins walk to the old town. No 2 or 3 bus costs 2 euros. Great beach in front of apartments. Another big plus for the apartments is the staff, especially the reception staff who were helpful, friendly & polite. We would definitely book again 😀

A very minor complaint 🙄 would have liked a bread knife.
