Charming & Central House with Garden and Free Parking

Basic accommodation. Not properly cleaned. Several items not working. Stairs dangerous

The property is perfectly situated just off the market square. Great for nights out & within walking distance of the Race Course. The area is peaceful &, although we're not religious, the sound of the church bells were an added bonus. The property is an absolute gem, spacious & with every home comfort. We will definitely stay again.

The only down side is, two nights was not enough, next time, we will stay longer.

Slow running drainage from bathroom basin, no instructions 're TV use - it was stuck on one access provider so no news, seemed all "entertainment". Yard ( not garden) dusty, leaf debris plus plus which walks into otherwise very convenient home. Very poor liaison between Booking.com and me - several no reply emails but had to ring agent for hosts to ask for entry details which he sent so I CD print off. However he could not tell hosts directly our arrival time confirmation. Finally rang so-called experts to chat but my Halifax card thankfully informed me I we be paying £24 for the priviledge! I declined to authorise payment. Poor Booking.com experience unlike all my previous interactions.

The central location of the property 75 yds from the Saturday Market was the outstanding advantage of this property which completely over shadows any negative points. The reserved parking space was also a major advantage in such a central location. The living area was rather small but perfectly adequate for a short stay.

The property description is complete "Estate Agent" fantasy. " Charming House" ??? More accurate would be "Modern one bed apartment over two floors". " With garden". Completely untrue. No greenery whatsoever. Small yard or patio. I really don't want to be negative cos overall we had a great stay but please tell the truth.

The location was perfect, the little garden was secure and we could leave our bikes there safely. A secure off road parking space. The lounge was comfortable, the bedroom was spacious and comfortable. Plenty of hot water and clean towels

Just one problem we couldn’t turn on the bedroom tele , I would suggest a guide be made available as to how to use them .

Place not clean . Pots and pans just left on sink not put away . little bins inside smelt bad had to put outside green bin outside over flowing and smelt bad nobody put it out for dustbin men cigarette stubs on floor out side nobody had given the place a good clean.apart from that it was ok .We didn't come on holiday to clean up other people's mess

The heating upstairs was very different from the downstairs, it was always warm in the bedroom and not very warm in the living room

Lovely apartment right in the centre of Beverly. Although you hear no noise from the town. Nice little apartment with all amenities. If I did have to complain, the bed squeaked and the shower wasn’t very powerful. We would have liked normal tv. If my parents were using this apartment they wouldn’t have had a clue how to use the tv. That said these things didn’t tarnish our stay and would happily return
