Charming & Central House with Garden and Free Parking

Dirty walls doors floors, this is a very neglected property

Central Location

Lack of washing machine detergent, Empty handwash, empty dishwashing liquid ,no cleaning devices such as Broom, Vacuum etc TV access was difficult to navigate and no instruction manual for anything (Washing Machine Dryer)

Great little house in Beverley, everything you need for a week or weekend hoiladay. Parking space is a big bonus ,cental location for everything ,shops bars restaurants

More clothes hangers, maybe a chest of drawers in bedroom would make it easier for guests, OK for few days stay but anything longer these suggestions would improve stay

We loved the location and parking.

Whilst we appreciate the sentiments of saving energy, it was the coldest property we have stayed in. Not putting the heating on for our arrival probably resulted in a false economy, as we then had to use the additional electric heater as well to try and get the property warm downstairs. A curtain at the patio doors would definitely have helped to retain warmth and stop the draft. Upstairs was in a different climate zone as the radiator could not be regulated or turned off. The heating seemed to switch itself off after an hour.
