Beyond perfection, panoramic view over lake Como, the facility is whitish all around which gives a relaxing feeling, air conditioned if needed.

The check Inn procedure is very tedious for non European, you have to take a picture for each family member 3 times, once for the passport another for the face a third for both, the terms and conditions 7 pages and you have to click that you have read it, I seriously felt as if I am a fefugee seeking asylum. Secondly I think the price is a bit exaggerated. Thirdly The room wasn't ready when we arrived and we had to wait for couple of hours after the check Inn time, yet a huge amount of money was refunded by the management to settle this issue thankfully. Yet way to go Valarin, please do not take my review destructively but objectively to overcome these challenges and be more competitive to reconsider booking your lovely facility in the future. Property was well maintained and the hosts were extremely helpful and returned msgs straight away. It was an amazing view from our balcony as well.

Only down side is the location of the actual property. It’s all the way on top of a hill hence the great view but there’s no bus to take you down to the town so you have to walk if you don’t have a car or taxi. It’s a hike but doable.

The location was very good, with lovely surroundings, and we really appreciated the convenience of having on-site parking. 🚗

We were disappointed that the photos gave the impression we had booked a room with a spa bath, but this wasn’t the case. The view was also affected by a crane outside. The indoor pool was set too cold to use comfortably, and although we asked if the temperature could be adjusted, we were told it wasn’t possible. The sauna wasn’t available as there was no staff on site over the weekend to switch it on, which was a shame.
