C’était magnifique 🤩 la vue était incroyable, c’était vraiment relaxant , le logement bien grand , beaucoup de place

Juste le fait d’avoir les balcons communicants avec les voisins, qui ont des gamins en bas âge et qu’ils laissent tout faire, dont venir sur notre propre balcon - sans parler de hurler tout le temps, et je ne parle meme pas quand ils étaient à la piscine

Wir haben keine 2 Einzelbetten sonder ein Hochbett obwohl das nirgends beschrieben war. Auch haben wir kein Whirpool erhalten. Wir konnten die Wohnung erst um 14.50 beziehen. Für eine vergessene Brille um auf die Post zu legen wurden 70 euro verlangt. Obwohl die Italienische Post nur 6.80 verlangt!!! Also bie wieder

Of course we understood in advance that this is an apartment and not a hotel, but the approach to self-service is strange - leave the garbage bags in the kitchen table, why when we have to take out the garbage every time we need to ask for a replacement bag at the counter (7 days stay for example, really?) The same with paper, etc. LOTS of spider web and spiders in every room, removed 6-7 of them every day. It is clear that the "building" was built without a soul, simple concrete leaks without waterproofing, water flows on the steps after rain, mold in the concrete. You need to think about price politics, we stayed in a 5 star Hotel on nearby lake for much cheaper price. Sauna, pool and Gym are opened only till 7pm, really? At least 40% is overvallued. In general - photos of the room, facilities and SPA are made by professional, but in real you will be disappointed.

Chambre très propre , très bien équipée , literie confortable, vue juste execeptionnelle

Eau de la piscine un peu froide à notre goût un peu dommage , pour le parking juste dommage qu’il n’ y ai pas un emplacement fixe par chambre , petit bémol pas de petits déjeuners proposé mais c est vraiment un détail
