La résidence est au calme un peu en hauteur, à l'écart des zones très fréquentées des campings du bord du lac, mais facilement accessible (5min en voiture et 20min à pied pour descendre, un peu plus en remontant) L'appartement est moderne, assez grand avec une bonne literie, brise soleil, climatisation, store, magnifique terrasse avec vue panoramique. Cuisine bien équipée (four+micro ondes, plaques à induction, lave vaisselle, bons couteaux) Belle piscine, salle de sport et espace spa très agréables, bien entretenus , beau jardin fleuri et vue incroyable ! Parking privé couvert très pratique (vaste, prise pour véhicule électrique) Et l'accueil par Silvio, très sympathique, qui nous a bien conseillé sur place, toujours très agréable Un point de chute idéal pour visiter le nord du lac de Côme, randonner, faire du vélo ou VTT ou pratiquer la voile (Domaso pour le kitesurf, la planche à voile ou le foil).

Rien, je reviendrai volontiers pour un séjour

The place was in a nice location away from the very busy/touristy spots and the building was modern and tidy. The facilities like the pool were very nice. The hosts had very detailed instructions on their app the access the place and were very responsive to messages.

There were many steps that were required from us to check-in before we arrived, including uploading a lot of information and photos which took too much time before even arriving at the location. The apartment was clean but not very cozy, the beds were not comfortable and the twin beds were not made when we arrived so we had to make them ourselves.

La ubicación, el apartamento fue muy espacioso con vistas maravillosas del lago. Llegamos tarde, después de la hora de check - in pero los dueños se mantuvieron en contacto con nosotros hasta llegamos al apartamento.

Reservar la zona del spa fue difícil especialmente durante el fin de semana.

The view is nice however there are constructions and hugh crane in the street ( July 2025) The gym is small but amazing, I think it has the world's best view. Double bed was very comfortable, however the kids bed needs some maintance. The Pizzeria Bellavista is very close 5 minutes walk and we had one the best pizza during our vacation. It is a retro place with local people and very low prices. I appreciate that it is a dog friendly place.

Parking garage is low and hight is not shown at the entrance. We had to remove the box from the top of the car to get in. It was after a 14 hour drive and rain. The inside pool and the gym can not be used after 19.00 which is a pity as you spend your day wondering around Lake and would be nice to chill during the evening. No flexibility on that. We asked for the sauna one afternoon but they couldn't manage due a technical problem. There is one electric car charger but it is very slow we used the one in the parking lot 5 minutes away.
