"Great location but the apartment is quite old & could do with some new bedding."

The welcome basket was a nice touch. The location was fantastic, about a 1min walk to the waterfront and 5mins to the ferry stop.

- The carpet was very old & heavily stained. - The pillows were terrible, very lumpy, they need to purchase all new pillows. - The air conditioning took about 24hrs to cool the bedroom down, would have been nice for this to be turned on prior to our arrival. - We visited in August & the spa was not heated (unsure if they don’t heat it over the winter months, but this was not mentioned when booking the room). - We requested the twin room to be made into a double which they advised would cost a fee but when we arrived, this had not been done and when we asked if this could be rectified, they said it was too late.

"Great apartment with a river view."

Great stay that exceeded our expectations. The managers were very helpful, patient and informative. The check in went according to instructions that were very through. The appartment was spacious and comfortable enough for us all with everything we needed for a good stay, plus a few pleasant extras. The view up the river was amazing. All in all, a great stay and will happily stay again.

The apartment was well situated, and the facilities were very good. It was nice to have a good coffee machine. The heated pool was very relaxing.

The apartment was advertised as a view of the Story Bridge, but you could only see a glimpse of it between other buildings.

"Superb Location"

Modern kitchen, great views, super close to Howard Smith Wharf and other cafes. Owners were very helpful and quick to respond to any questions.

Hot water took a while to get hot but it was good once it got hot.
