Amazing River View - 3 Bedroom Apartment - Brisbane CBD - Netflix - Fast Wifi - Carpark

Easy communication with management, the view of the river was amazing, the rooms spacious and the beds SUPER comfy. There were plenty of pillows to try from (thats a big deal to me when you don't have space to pack your own), the kitchen expansive and all inclusive (multiple glasses, mugs, plates) and a full size fridge with a nice size pantry as well. Complimentary wine was a lovely touch. Dining area inside as well as out of the balcony, and a nice sized lounge area that would comfortably sit five adults. We were all adults, but could see a family catered for with toys, games and multiple books if you want to relax. A great location with the ferry stop only a few metres up the road, and the mall 10 mins by walking with loads of little eateries and shops in between.

The property was great and an amazing view it was perfect for our weekend stay.

The balcony & view was amazing, comfy beds, good a/c excellent location, the apartment was well equipped & clean. Gym, pool & tennis court were a bonus

The room fragrances too over powering for the apartment & clashed with all the mixture fragrances

In a nice quite street, walking distance to many restaurants, spacious, full kitchen with dishwasher, full laundry and dryer. Also has pool and tennis court facilities

Pull out bed was not the comfiest, as expected for a pull out bed.

Comfortable beds, toys n games for the kids, nice pool. Lovely big patio. Central to Howard Smith Wharf restaurants, Southbank and the City. 15 min walk to Queen St Mall, 8 min walk to ferry to take you to Southbank. Hosts were very accommodating, and responded to all questions. The Xmas tree in the living area was a lovely touch for this time of year.

Only 1 car park, 2 would have made our stay a lot better with 7 of us. We had a few issues with the air conditioning, which hopefully will get fixed now that we notified the hosts. No shampoo and Conditioner in the main bathroom only shower gel, which would've been handy.

Great location

The location was perfect, everything was on the doorstep! The property was very clean.

The level of communication from the owners before, during and after the stay has been so extreme and so off putting. For this reason alone I wouldn't be recommending this accomodation. It was overwhelming the amount of messages. I've booked hundreds of places before and this was exhausting. If a guest has an issue they will be in contact they don't need consistent communication during their stay!
