Minimalist & Warming APT - Close to CBD and Valley

Great place, light, spacious, great size kitchen and well equipped, I really liked it.

Tad noisey on a fri sat night, but not the apartment, just city noise, to be expected and tolerable.

I didn't get the instruction message on where or how to collect the key.

Good location with Gasworks shops (incl. Woolworths) within walking distance as well as lots of choices for restaurants (we went to Tartufos, an Italian Restaurant which was awesome 👌). Checking in was a breeze as the host provided detailed and photographic instructions.

Bed was a bit soft for our liking but that is a personal preference. Air Con was a bit tricky (hint from a resident of the buildings = is to not have temp under 21)

The location is excellent. Walking distance to cafes, pubs, restaurants. The free parking on-site is great too! Check-in and parking instructions are very detailed, making it all a breeze.

We had asked for 2 beds but had to make up the second bed using spare pillows and blankets (no sheets). Was still comfortable, though.

Finding the key was like being on a treasure hunt especially in the dark

location, price and facilities are all great

communication with the hosts was poor and unenjoyable, gaining access to the property was also difficult when checking in late
