Inner city 1 bedroom Apartment with Rooftop pool and Parking - Serain Residences

Location was perfect for us and the parking in the building is very straight forward.

Pool is not heated so it was cold for our stay. Chairs for the dining area need to be changed. Lounge is stained with ejaculate.

Nice view, good area to be around and had all the facilities that were needed at my stay.

Great location for what I had to do in Brisbane. Very modern, comfy & clean. Precise instructions on how to retrieve the key from the lock box.

Unit needs maintenance. No hot water at kitchen sink lower supply tap turned on but no hot water. There is hot water in the bathroom, however the sink both hot and cold are very restricted. Toilet only works on full flush. Dining table and chairs while being very trendy are not practical at all, seats too high & table too low.

Provide a proper dining table and chairs would be really good. It was very uncomfortable - no tables for dining or doing some work. I am sure it is not that expensive to provide.

Photos advertised are misleading. The couch does have stains or bleach marks as other guests have described in their reviews. There was also no outdoor furniture and outdoor plants as per the pictures advertised. We were greeted with two empty pot plants, a clothes drying rack and nail clippings on the balcony floor. The shower tap was also broken missing a screw to keep it in place. On our last day the property manager turned up with two random outdoor chairs and fixed the shower tap. It was very disappointing as they dismissed our concerns regarding false advertising.

Once we found it and entered it had everything we needed.

The pool needs maintenance, there is no on site management & the people managing by phone were limited in the assistance it could provide . On the building we passed by car was written private hospital. And the driveway is very narrow. They sent a good photo of how to access key etc but finding the building was a challenge.

Had an amazing stay! The apartment was perfect—spacious, clean, and really comfortable. The rooftop pool was so lovely, a great spot to relax and take in the view. The staff were fantastic, always quick to respond to any questions and super helpful. Everything was smooth and stress-free. Would definitely stay here again!
