Cool Central Apartment

.The person that came to clean was nice and clean very well.

Unfortunately this accommodation is not like pictures. Very dark inside, you can shake hands with people who lives opposite as distance from window to window is so small. Bed is very uncomfortable as mattress is very thin. Sofa bed very hard. Neighbours are very loud at night. No TV and broadband works really only in the kitchen area. Also we only received 2 small towels for 3 people. We have moved out after the first night. Very expensive.

The location is great, the apartment was clean and the gentleman who gave us the key was helpful and polite.

Unfortunately there is a huge problem with humidity mold in the bathroom. it’s a real health hazard. always keep the bathroom door closed and try to hold your breath when you use it. That kind of mood can be really dangerous.

The location was really good, very close to the center and it was very clean and the price was competitive.

The bed was awful and the sofa bed very hard, the bathroom was very very small, everything looked a bit run down.

We had to wait almost an hour for the key and when we told the host that we arrived he was rude and gave us the incorrect phone number of the person who was supposed to bring us the key. The accommodation was OK for the price, however the bathroom was terrible, smelling of mold and not really clean.

Location was good close to Grand Place

No hot water! Pillows, bed sheets and towels are too old! Noisy place we couldn't sleep well!

The location was great and I think this was the only think about this apartment.

Well.... The apartment looked tidied up but not cleaned. The kitchen was disgusting, kettle was covered in cooking oil and was full of limescale, therefore we didn't even make coffee. The first night the heating and hot water didn't work so we couldn't take shower, however after looking in bathroom we were wondering if was cleaned at all. The hot water and heating was fixed next day but the apartment was cold anyway.
