Cool Central Apartment

It was not clean enough, not enough fresh linens or towels for 4 people. whoever opens or closed the main entrance door or their apartment the whole building was shaking.

sylvester was excellent.he was at the place after 11:pm on heavy rain.sylvester,we love you.

It's location was really good. Quite easy to visit all the city.

Property is not properly being looked after. Cleaning from outdoor, toilet, bed bugs and other insects disturbed the trip.

The apartment is full of bedbugs (insects) Very small double-bed No cupboard No desk Bad and unstable internet

It was nowhere near what the pictures were showing. The building and rooms were falling apart. Moulds in many places showing bad cleaning. The entrance to the room abs the view from the windows was very filthy. Doors kept banging all night giving us no sleep.

It was Abysmal Black mould in bedroom and bathroom Not fit for human purpose Disgraceful Unhygienic Rubbish surrounding the front entrance Filthy building The room was NOTHING like the pictures Stank VILE Host was rude and abrupt, not helpful, rightly embarrassed by the room he was showing. I’m summary - one up from sleeping on the streets but probably less hygienic. Genuinely can’t believe booking.com allow this on their website. A joke. Waiting for booking.com to reply and refund me for this place I didn’t even stay at.
