Cool Central Apartment

Worst ever stay. The pics mentioned are not at all matching the reality. AVOID this stay.

No towel, extremely small apartment, stinking like a hell… no way to take shower or use WC. No towels.. no clean bed sheet, pillow cover and duvet. Lot of garbage in front of entrance. Worst experience is yet not over- in the night some one broke the main entrance door. Zero Hygine. Zero safety. AVOID.. AVOID.. AVOID

Location was excellent.. We were made welcome by the owner. The apartment was clean. There was a well equipped, clean kitchenette.

The bathroom has moisture problems due to lack of ventilation There were bed bugs on the sofa bed, not on the double bed..

Loved the location and the comfy bed ...and the fact we got to experience the real brussels ...was a shock at first but to be honest I'd do it again ..neighbours in flats very helpful and friendly ...you get what you pay for ..if that's location and a bed ...your in luck

We had to wait to be let in ...so make sure you get sylvester's number and be clear what time you want to meet there

Near city centre

A big hump of garbage right out the building.No towels with a bad smelling toilet.Handwash was very runny (50% water in the bottle) unclean sofa bed linen.Noisy neighbourhood. Expensive.

Location!

I would not recommend this apartment to anyone. The host is extremely rude. After instructing you to contact them 30 minutes before arrival, they ignored our messages and left us waiting for nearly an hour to receive the keys. When we finally got a response, it was abusive. The building feels unsafe, with a broken front door that doesn’t lock, and people constantly coming and going. The apartment itself is tiny, dirty, and damp, with a misleading description on Booking.com. There were no teaspoons, and the glasses and mugs were dirty. The tea towel was still wet from the previous guests. The bathroom is very small, and after a shower, the entire floor floods, making it dangerous. They only provided one bath towel for four adults and one hand towel. The Wi-Fi barely works and doesn't reach the bedroom. The apartment looks nothing like the pictures. This place should not be listed on Booking.com.

This apartment is not what it looks like.  The check in takes decades. The man with the keys is almost arriving for more than 1 hour. The whole building is scary, very dirty (with waste bags all over the front door and stairs) and unsafe (with random people coming in and going out an open front door). The walls are literaly cracking. The sofabed was really hard, the apartment is dirty and even worst noone can sleep at night. With young men arriving at 1 and 2 am slaming their doors while the floor shakes, talking very loud and turning on all the lights making a 'bright yellow light inside of the apartment' coming from bellow a deep door slit (on the main door of the apartment) where I rat could fit. This property is a scam, the pictures are a lie and should not be listed on booking, that night made our Brussels experience very misserable. The whole building was very unsafe for many reasons (there were no fire extintors or other devices)
